mindfulness works

By Request
This seminar will introduce skills to improve focus and clarity while minimizing stress and reactivity within the workplace. It is not uncommon to go through the day on “autopilot” but better tuning in to yourself and your situation can improve your ability to care well for yourself and manage difficulties. Mindfulness practice has been shown to improve creativity, work effectiveness and problem-solving abilities and has been implemented at a number of large corporations (e.g., General Mills, Google).
Should you or your organization want more detail about how mindfulness can be useful in your workplace, please get in touch for more details.
