Our objective is to help parents and caregivers understand their own emotional experience and better integrate their values into parenting.  Raising children is hard work and recognising and communicating feelings within a family can be fun, simple and rewarding.

workshop dedicated to helping you increase your ability to be more present in parenting, ultimately enhancing effective responding and improving the quality of time spent with your child. This workshop will give you practical exercises to use in your everyday life that help you to care well for yourself and your family. This experience is open to parents or caregivers to children of all ages.

mindfulness for kids

Bring your kids from age 5 and up to learn about the usefulness of tapping in to mindful awareness to build concentration, reduce stress and improve creativity. They will learn how to be mindful with interactive and hands-on practices that engage the 5 senses.

An opportunity to practice a variety of mindfulness exercises in a group setting over a longer period of time, in order to deepen your practice while learning new ways to bring mindfulness to your everyday life.

This seminar will introduce skills to improve focus and clarity while minimizing stress and reactivity within the workplace. It is not uncommon to go through the day on “autopilot” but better tuning in to yourself and your situation can improve your ability to care well for yourself and manage difficulties. Mindfulness practice has been shown to improve creativity, work effectiveness and problem-solving abilities and has been implemented at a number of large corporations (e.g., General Mills, Google).
